  1. First boil the pasta with 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp olive oil and drain it.Now wash pasta with normal water and keep it aside
  2. Cut all the vegetables in desired shape and wash properly
  3. Take a big wok and add butter or olive oil
  4. Add chopped garlic and all the vegetables and saute for 10 minutes.(vegetables should be crunchy)
  5. Now add tomato puree and cook it for a while
  6. Now add boiled pasta and mix it well
  7. Add milk, salt and pepper and cook in high flame for 3-4 minutes
  8. Now add oregano and some olives and mix well
  9. Garnish with cheese and some olives
  10. Serve hot with garlic bread
